Contemporary open design wall cross has scenes from the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Has a woodcarved look; cross is made completely of nicely detailed resin. Height is 9 1/2 inches. Comes in a tray box with clear lid and the poem Christ is Risen. Wonderful Christian gift for Easter or any time. Text of poem: Jesus thought of you and me in the Garden of Gethsemane, the only time that He would dread the journey that was still ahead. And so He humbly knelt and prayed and with God’s grace he then obeyed; that lonely road to Calvary was paved with thoughts of you and me. The heavy cross He had to bear, the crown of thorns that He would wear, the ridicule, disgrace and shame; for every sin He took the blame. And those who doubted when He died, believed when He was glorified; just as all the scriptures said for Christ is risen from the dead. Poem is copyright Dicksons Inc.
