Theballetto(a light vocal dance form) uses catchy, rhythmic refrains (often “fa-la-la”-like syllables, though not explicitly in this edition) to emphasize the dance quality, which is clearly audible in “Tanzen und springen.”Composer’s Importance:Hassler was one of the key figures who brought the sophisticated Italian Renaissance style (e.g., polychoral works and madrigals) to Germany, profoundly influencing the development of German Baroque music.Hungarian Adaptation:Szab Mikls(19322010), a noted choral conductor and translator, provided the Hungarian lyrics. His contribution, common in EMB’s early choral publications, made Renaissance repertoire accessible to post-war Hungarian choirs.rdekessgek (Hungarian Interesting Facts)BallettoHats:Hassler, miutn Velencben tanult, nagyban befolysolta az olyan olasz zeneszerzket, mint Gastoldi.
