This idea was later refined and deeply influenced by the visual art of Paul Klee and Henri Michaux. The entireSigns, Games and Messagesseries embodies Kurtg’s late-career mastery of themusical miniature, where pieces often express profound emotion or intellectual thought in a matter of seconds. Many of the works in this clarinet volume are specific tributes, such as theHommages a Elliott Carterand thein memoriampieces, making it an intensely rewarding collection foradvanced contemporary woodwind playersand ensembles exploring the interplay between different clarinet timbres and extended techniques.rdekessgek: Grafikus Jelek, Klee s MichauxA’Jelek’koncepcija Kurtg prizsi tanulmnyai idejn tapasztalt kompozcis blokkjhoz nylik vissza, amikor nem tudott komponlni, csak grafikus jeleket rgztett a papron.
