Published byRicordiin 1979, this edition features the scholarly and practical revision by the great Italian pianistAlfredo Casella. Composed in 1821, this sonata is the second of Beethoven’s final trilogy. It is a work of profound psychological depth, moving from a first movement of “extraordinary amiability” through a rough, humorous scherzo, and concluding with a complex structure that alternates between a sorrowfulArioso dolenteand a triumphant, life-affirming Fugue. Casellas meticulous fingering and phrasing help the performer weave together these diverse emotional landscapes into a unified masterpiece.ttekintslje t a zongorarepertor egyik legspiritulisabb s legtranszcendensebb mvt:Ludwig van Beethoven 31.
