The sideways cross is a current popular theme in jewelry, and it also brings to mind the cross that Jesus had to pick up and carry to the crucifixion. In Matthew 16:24 He invites us to take up our cross and follow Him, meaning that to truly be His follower, we must die to self and live for Him. This cross necklace, sparkling with cubic zirconia stones, is a beautiful reminder of the new life that Christ offers. Length of silver plated cross is about 7/8″; silver chain is 18″. Includes attractive gift box with simple cross design and the words of Matthew 16:24.
