As computing evolved into handling increasingly complex human and industrial tasks, the focus of informatics has shifted from mere coding to thetechnologyof software production itself. The book examines software engineering from a theoretical perspective, addressing key paradigms, formal methods, and technological processes that support the efficient creation of robust software systems. A central theme is theobject-oriented approach, which the authors present as the most flexible and scalable paradigm among modern programming methodologies. This approach, they argue, forms the backbone of todays development practices, offering greater adaptability than traditional procedural models.Intended for computer science students, researchers, and professionals, the volume provides both a conceptual framework and analytical depthbridging theory with practical software production principles. It offers insights into abstraction, modularity, and system design that remain crucial for understanding software as an engineered product.Magyar ismertets (Hungarian Description)Aszoftvertechnolgia elmleti krdseicm ktetKozma LszlsVarga Lszlmunkja, amely a szoftverfejleszts elmleti alapjait s technolgiai krdseit vizsglja.
