Give young minds an in-depth understanding of the sacrament of Holy Communion through the engaging story told in “Today I Made My First Communion. Accompany friends Maria and Riley to their First Communion classes as they try to solve the “Mystery of the Eucharist”. Through their class, they learn about the sacrament, the Rosary, the Mass, familiar pryers and the Ten Commandments. The back of the book has a handy section with these resources that are referenced throughout the story and the book contains a personalization page. The 64-page hardback book is beautifully told by Deanne Ahern and illustrated by Bill Shurtliff.
